Transformation is the inherent character of the universe. That is why the entire universe is expanding faster than the speed of light.
And since we are part of this universe, transformation is not optional for humans. It is mandatory.
Think of a seed in agriculture. If a seed refuses to transform into a tree, within five to six years it will lose its potency and its existence entirely. A seed that refuses to grow doesn't stay a seed — it dies.
People without transformation follow the same path. They suffer from dozens of mental and emotional health problems. The quality-of-life declines. Wellbeing becomes impossible.
Transformation is not a choice. It is a law of existence.
