Since starting this program in 2011 my sleep has been amazing. I can fall asleep in no time flat. I sleep through the night with very little problems. Occasionally, I wake early and find that I need no more sleep for the day. Life is good when your sleep is good. Thanks to The Divine for the Trivedi Masters and these programs.
