More than one billion people worldwide suffer from psychological, emotional and mental health problems. Modern healthcare treats the symptoms and offers limited relief, often with serious long-term side effects. Alternative therapies take significant time and offer very little.

Modern science does not acknowledge the existence of the soul, or consciousness, which operates the mind and alternative and complimentary medicines and therapies acknowledge the existence of soul and consciousness but have no ability to either empower the soul or enhance the consciousness. Hence, both the modalities are highly inefficient.

Consider stress. The only solution we have been offered is stress management. Hypothetically, it seems easy and manageable but in practical life stress controls you and not the other way around. Because stress is due to low consciousness.

Here is why. The impact of stress on a person's life is determined entirely by the state of their mind. An organized mind handles stress with ease. A chaotic mind cannot manage any amount of stress. And the level of consciousness decides whether the mind is organized or chaotic.

This is why stress management never truly works. You cannot organize the mind from the outside.

When the mind is fully illuminated, even life's most stressful situations become fuel for growth. They present opportunities to expand our inner potential and evolve into higher versions of ourselves. This transformation of the mind can only be catalyzed through the Grace of God, through Divine Blessings. Only then can the mind rise beyond suffering, fully access its inherent potential, and enter its next stage of conscious evolution.
